Helping Sonoma & Napa County

Dear Church Family,

Sonoma & Napa County are on fire!! There have
been10 fatalities, 1500 structures damaged, and 20,000 residents have been forced to evacuate.

Let's do our part and serve our northern county neighbors. One of our families owns a moving company. They are willing to drive up on Saturday to deliver food, water, and survival items to the evacuations centers in Sonoma & Napa County

Please drop off food, water, and survival items (ex: canned goods, cereals, baby food, blankets, toilet paper, and pet food; please do not donate clothes or shoes) at MSC all week and Albert & Sol Cadenas will drive them up on Saturday to the evacuation centers.

Making a difference together,
FCC Elders & Leadership Team & KHA Staff

Anyone wishing to volunteer at the Lucchesi Community Center should call 778-4380. They have plenty of volunteers today, but will need more in the days to come. At the Petaluma Vets Building, they need cots, bedding, pillows, air mattresses, ear plugs, face masks. Petaluma People’s Services Center will be arranging for Emergency Home Shares in Sonoma County. Persons willing to host an evacuated individual or family in your home for a few days, few weeks or few months may contact PPSC SHARE Sonoma County at SHAREfire@petalumapeople.org. An information sheet and application will be sent to you immediately.
